Join us for a weekend immersion into your true self…No Distractions, No holding anything back- just pure permission to be exactly who you are…Supported by an uplifting community & Nourished by nature!

What’s it all about?

Five years ago, two friends decided to do something different…Instead of following the typical 4th of July traditions, they listened to a call that led to the creation of the Freedom for All Yoga Retreat- a space to step away from the usual holiday frenzy and experience the it in a way that nurtures the spirit and cultivates deeper connection.

This retreat is an invitation to explore freedom through the lens of yoga, community, and nature. We’ll guide you through both inner and outer freedom~ Independence & Interdependence.

On one hand, you’ll deepen your inner peace, presence, and self-awareness- tapping into your inner power. On the other, you’ll discover the freedom that comes with authentic connection to others through practices like ecstatic dance, group exercises, and relational techniques.

The weekend will blend sacred moments of tranquility with lively moments of joy!

About Our Location!

This year, we’re thrilled to announce that our retreat is evolving and moving to a new location- Kirkridge Retreat Center is perched on the Kittatinny Ridge high above in the Pocono Mountains, on the homelands of the Lenape people.

The land offers breathtaking vistas of the Delaware River, New Jersey’s farmlands, and the surrounding forests. Known for its wildlife, you might spot soaring eagles & red-tailed hawks eye level on this 230 acre preserved Nature Conservancy.

With intentional gardens, a stone labyrinth, and hiking trails- including the nearby legendary Appalachian Trail & the Columcille Megalith Stone Park just footsteps away you’ll find ample space to wander, reflect, and connect.
